HTC Ocean Harmony specifications- After providing the series of the U11 way back, it was previously heard that HTC is working on their new upcoming smartphone [the HTC U11 EYEs], as leaks provided us an idea that they are working on the mid-range budgeted full-screen smartphone which is codenamed as Ocean Harmony.

Now, the latest information revealed by the National Quality Certification Center, it is showed up that their new smartphone with has the exact model number of HTC 2Q4R400 received that 3C certification on 4th December 2017.

There the thing which attracted the lots of eyeballs is that “at the time of certification, we saw that the charger which got certified along with the HTC Ocean Harmony is the exact same charger we saw in the box of  U11+.” This means that the new smartphone has some kind of link with their own U11 series. That’s why it is a lower variant of U11 series and named as HTC U11 EYEs

Well, according to the leaks, there are some HTC U11 EYEs specifications we got while it is getting certified. Now let’s discuss the specifications in detail we got till now:-


First, let’s talking about the SoC and RAM. This upcoming smartphone is supposed to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, the model number is Snapdragon 652 as well as snapdragon 660 processors [there will be 2 variants of the same device]. The lower variant has been equipped with the Snapdragon 652 SoC while higher one has Snapdragon 660 processor.


The charger which got the certification along with the HTC 2Q4R400, the charger has a support QC3.0 fast charge technology. The looks of charger and technology used in it are the same charger we saw in their previously released smartphone U11+. This indicates that the HTC Ocean Harmony has some kind of soft connect with the U11+ series.


Going to the display side surprisingly, this HTC 2Q4R400 may prove to be the company-owned full-screen new machine, rumored to be the code name they used for this device is Ocean Harmony. The display details we got at the time of certification is the 5.99 inches FHD+ display [2160*1080 pixel resolution display] which hold up the aspect ratio of 18:9.

RAM and variants

Going further towards RAM and variants, then it is said that the  standard version will have the 4GB RAM +64 GB ROM storage, which is equipped with a Snapdragon 652 processor, while the higher version of HTC U11 EYEs will come up with a Snapdragon 660 processor, which indicates that the RAM can be extended at 6GB and storage can be increased to 128GB. Let’s see further.

Talking about the cameras and battery, the rear/main camera is the same cameras used in U11+ which has  12MP UltraPixel 3 camera with the F1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization [OIS] Function. This upcoming smartphone is equipped with a 5-megapixel front dual camera. Hope the cameras of this upcoming smartphone will perform equally as best as compared to U11+.

The battery which is equipped with it is also as same as the capacity and U11 + the same as 3930 mAh, so with a similar design, that’s why it seems that the overall can be seen as the smaller version of  U11+ [maybe the HTC U11 EYEs].
