Dim the display and turn the brightness as low as possible while doing anything at night on your smartphone. Bright screen leads to harm your eyes as well as you can’t concentrate on your phone for a longer period of time.
The best option for this tip is to turn on the “automatic brightness” feature as it can automatically adjust the brightness according to the condition. Or you can simply toggle the screen brightness by pulling down the notification bar.

2. Lying flat while using your device:
In most cases, at night, users use their smartphone while lying on the bed for better comfortability and use it for a longer period of time. So, my tip is to use the smartphone while you are lying flat, not on one side. Why? Here’s the exact reason:-
Lying on one side gives the highest pressure to your eyes and causes vision deviation between left and right while lying prostrate affects blood circulation in elbows and brain and make it hard to fall in sleep.
This leads to making your smartphone display on the yellowish side so that the display will not strain your eyes and you can read anything easily without harming your eyes for a longer period of time.

If you are going to use your smartphone for a longer period of time (means for hours or even more) continuously, then:-
- Try to maintain the distance between your eyes and the smartphone from to 15 inches minimum.
- Try to break the concentration after every half an hour by seeing other objects for at least 30 seconds. This will leads to maintain the color efficiently of your eyes.
- Try to close your eyes for 15-20 seconds or see any distant object while you feel that your eyes are straining too much. This leads to reacting your eyes.
